So often, I get callers who decide to reach out to me for the first time and we end up getting interrupted during our call like every 10 mins. It’s almost like once we finally start getting past the introductory greeting and preliminary questions, that’s when I hear that little voice interrupting our call to give a last minute warning before the call ends I get excited at the thought that I’m now getting to know my caller and his interests and I now have an idea of how I’d like our call to go but there are times when our call might get dropped because adding funds right when your in the middle of an intense scene or conversation now becomes an annoying distraction that has to be figured out in order to get back to that moment right before the minute warning came on.
Adding funds to your IWantClips account isn’t as daunting as it seems but when your mind is elsewhere and/or you aren’t as familiar with the account section of the site, it can be a bit of an inconvenience. In order to ensure that doesn’t happen I suggest checking your account and adding funds before browsing the content or models. Here are some steps to follow in order to add funds to your IWANTCLIPS account.
Adding funds using a credit or Debit card
1.) Once you sign into your IWC account, go over to the upper right hand part of the page and click on the tab that says your username.
2.) You’ll see a drop down list below the button, click on “Add Funds”
3.) You’ll have the option to select a predetermined amount IE: $25, $50,$100, $1000 or you can enter in the amount you would like to add ($10.00 min).
4.) Enter in your payment information in the selected fields. This includes your name, address, Credit Card Information and phone number.
5.) You can then choose to save or not save your information. Please note that if you choose to save your information, this will make adding funds to your account quickly in less steps in the future.
6.) View your account’s order summary to confirm the following:
– Purchase/ Transaction Total
– Remaining balance AFTER purchase/transaction is finalized
7.) Select to op-in or decline an E-mailed Copy of your receipt to be sent to you.
8.) Finalize your transaction/purchase by reading and agreeing to Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Return Policy*.
There are no limits to the amount of times you may add funds.
*IWantClips Enforces a strict No Refund Policy. In the event of a refund being warranted a 20% processing fee will be assessed.
Managing Credit/Debit Card Information
To change or manage your credit/Debit card billing information:
1.) Hover your mouse over your username in the upper right hand corner, this will prompt the drop down menu.
2.) Click “Add Funds” to bring up the page with your payment information.
3.) Under “Payment Information” Select “Manage Cards on File”
This will allow you to see the cards you have on file and make any needed changes.
To enter in a New credit card’s information, select “Use a Different Card”
